Élevé HealthWatch Limited, in partnership with the Akuapim South Municipal Health Directorate, Rotary Club of Accra Ring Road Central , Korle Bu Teaching Hospital and University College London, is proud to launch Healthy Futures Ghana – a pioneering campaign tackling the growing burden of Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) in underserved communities.
Why It Matters
Healthy Futures Ghana is more than a health campaign – it is a proof-of-concept for sustainable care delivery in resource-limited settings.
The programme:
- Provides free health screenings for NCDs to underserved communities, bringing early detection and care where it is needed most.
- Empowers local health systems, strengthens maternal and child health outcomes.
- Reduces preventable illness, while equipping healthcare professionals with the tools, knowledge, and global expertise needed to build a healthier future.

- Akuapim South (Berekuso and Oboadaka) — 2 Days of Free Community Health Screening and 1 day Clinician Training
- Point-of-care diagnostics for NCDs.
- Ultrasound and antenatal care for pregnant women.
- Mental Health Screening.
- Community health education and counselling.
- Early risk detection using the Vital 5 Check™ framework.
- Referral coordination and data collection for continuity of care.
